Rudolph package
Rudolph package
Rudolf is knitted from top to bottom in stockinette stitch with Baby alpaca from Miss Svensson. First, the upper part of the back is knitted, then stitches are picked up along the cast-on edge for the shoulders. To get a good slope on the shoulders, they are knitted separately with shortened rows before increases are made along the neckline and they are knitted together to form a front piece. The front and back pieces are joined under the armhole, and the body is knitted in the round with decreases at the sides for a slightly tapered shape and finished with pearl rib and a narrow i-cord edge with purl stitches. Along the armholes stitches are picked up for sleeves which are knitted straight and finished with pearl rib and i-cord edge. Rudolf has a loose fit and should measure about 10-15 cm more than your bust measurement.
