Mari
Mari
The dress Mari is knitted from top down in double broken rib. Stitches are cast on and increases are made on both the right and wrong sides to create a continuous shoulder construction. Increases are also made to form the edge of the neck, after which the two shoulders are joined to form the front of the dress. From here, knit in the round on the circular needle. Increases are made continuously in different positions to get the lines between the body and sleeves, before the stitches are divided so that the sleeves and body can be knitted separately. The body and skirt are knitted straight up to the rib edge, which can be made both with and without a slit in each side. The sleeves are then knitted in the same double broken rib pattern and finished with cuffs in double elastic for a long roll up. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline and the polo collar is knitted in double rib. Mari is completely straight in the model and has a loose fit, choose a size approx. 25-30 cm more than your bust circumference.
