The Louise cardigan is produced in collaboration with the Breast Cancer Association. For each package sold, between SEK 90 and SEK 120 goes to the fight against breast cancer.

The Louise wrap cardigan is knitted from top to bottom on a circular needle in stockinette stitch. Along the cast on at the back piece, increases are made on both the right and wrong sides, which creates the slope of the shoulders and gives the cardigan its shape. Next, stitches are picked up along the shoulder seams and the two front pieces are knitted separately. After the armhole has been knitted, the front and back pieces are knitted together. Increases are made all the time along the front edge to create the V-neckline and wrap effect. Towards the end of the body, decreases are made at the back and at the side before the band is knitted (which is an extension of the rib at the bottom). Along the armholes, stitches are picked up to knit the sleeve on a slightly shorter circular needle. With shortened rows, a slope is created on the sleeve, which is finished with rib knitting with a slightly thinner needle. The cardigan has a loose fit and should have a positive ease of 20-25 cm more than your bust circumference.

The knitting pattern is delivered digitally as a pdf.
